Zenith IOS acquires two-acre industrial outdoor storage property in Portland

Zenith IOS announced it has recently closed on a two-acre property located at 17090 NE San Rafael St. in Portland, Ore. The off-market acquisition was brokered by JLL.

“This was a unique opportunity for Zenith IOS to acquire a fully stabilized site with strong prospects for continued growth,” said Ben Atkins, CEO and co-founder at Zenith IOS.

The acquired property in Portland was already graded, partially paved, fenced and lit at the time of acquisition. Since acquiring it, Zenith IOS has improved it through the addition of a two-story structure.

The property was occupied at the time of purchase by Merchants Metals, one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of fence systems in the nation. This tenant will remain at the site and continue its use as a strategic location for material storage.
