Nick Sands has joined Westmount Realty Capital as Florida industrial market leader. Sands has more than 15 years of experience in asset management and commercial real estate investment in Florida and will help grow the Dallas-based company’s footprint in the region along with other Southeast markets.
Before joining Westmount, Sands served as the regional leasing and acquisitions officer at Exeter Property Group. Prior to joining Exeter, Sands spent several years as the manager of sales and leasing at The Pizzuti Cos.
