Weaver Capital Partners and The Seng Co. sell industrial property in Atlanta

A partnership between Weaver Capital Partners and The Seng Co. has sold Piedmont Warehouses, a two-building, shallow-bay, light industrial property totaling 120,800 square feet in an urban, in-fill location in Atlanta. A sales price and the name of the buyer were not disclosed.

Situated on 5.6 acres at 2091–2241 Faulkner Road, the property is positioned directly between the Buckhead and Midtown central business districts and is surrounded by affluent neighborhoods with increasing residential density. Infill industrial product close to the urban core is rapidly diminishing as buildings are repurposed or demolished for other uses, and Piedmont Warehouses represents one of the few remaining options for functional distribution space serving small and mid-size tenants. Immediate access to Interstates 85 and 75 and GA-400 connects the properties to the entire Atlanta MSA and enables tenants to reach more than 2 million people in under 30 minutes.
