Waterton has acquired 903 Peachtree, a 427-unit high-rise rental community in the city’s Midtown neighborhood. Near the Downtown Connector (Interstate 75 and I-85), various public transportation options and both the Georgia Tech and Georgia Institute of Technology campuses, the 32-story building is well-suited for a variety of renter profiles. The acquisition brings Waterton’s current multifamily holdings in the Atlanta metro area to 3,026 units under management.
