A partnership affiliated with Chicago-based Walton Street Capital has sold the DoubleTree by Hilton Nashville Downtown for more than $100 million.
The new owners of the 12-story hotel are AWH Partners and an affiliate of The Inland Real Estate Group.
The 341-room property is located in downtown Nashville and is near Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena and a number of bars and restaurants on Broadway. As a product of a recent renovation, the property now offers an enhanced lobby, 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, and an indoor pool. Additional features include Patio 315, a seasonal outdoor bar and grill, an on-site Starbucks, a fitness center and valet parking.
Walton Street Capital paid $70 million for the hotel in 2014.
