Walton Global has acquired a 187.7-acre parcel in Bolivia, N.C.
The property, known as Mariners Reach, consists of 457 lots entitled for residential activity, with development scheduled to start in fourth quarter 2023.
The Mariners Reach acquisition is an important milestone for Walton Global’s Builder Land Financing program, a new land-investment business line that the company launched in 2020 to help homebuilders across the country secure land and hold it until they are ready to build new homes.
