Walton Global, a real estate investment and land asset management company, has announced the appointment of Jake Pierce as senior vice president, capital markets – West. Pierce reports to Katie Hubbard, president of U.S. capital markets.
In this role, Pierce is responsible for advancing Walton’s business development and investor engagement initiatives across the Western United States. He works with financial intermediaries, institutional partners and private investors to expand Walton’s presence and support capital formation efforts across the region.
Walton’s U.S. Capital Markets team is focused on delivering alternative real estate investment solutions centered on land, one of the most underutilized and often overlooked asset classes. Through its platform, Walton provides access to strategically located land investments positioned for long-term growth, serving a broad range of investors including financial advisors, institutions and high-net-worth individuals
