Walton Global has made a new land acquisition of 99.76 acres in Conway, S.C. Known as the Todd Tract property, the parcel is intended for single-family homes that promote affordability and close proximity to Myrtle Beach, S.C., and North Myrtle Beach, S.C..
Located in central Horry County, the property represents one of the last remaining parcels for residential development near the coastal areas of Myrtle Beach. Due to being situated slightly more inland, however, the property has potential for relatively affordable new construction homes.
