VanTrust Real Estate acquired about 350 acres, located north of the Interstate 15 and Speedway Boulevard interchange in North Las Vegas. VanTrust plans to develop 4.5 million square feet of distribution facilities on the site. It is considered one of the largest land deals by a private developer in Southern Nevada in recent years.
The sales price was $44.75 million.
Construction of utility and roadway improvements is slated to begin in the third quarter of 2021.
