A joint venture between URS Capital Partners and Catalyst Capital Partners has closed on a 7.5-acre site in downtown Rock Hill, S.C., which will be used for a $45 million mixed-use development project called The Exchange at Rock Hill.
The Exchange at Rock Hill will consist of 229 apartments with a pool and outdoor lounge, roof deck, fitness center, and co-working space along with more than 26,000 square feet of retail and commercial space.
The project will break ground this month.
“We see a lot of opportunity for a lot of activation, public festivals and activities and things in that area,” said Beau McIntosh of Catalyst Capital Partners, in The Herald.
