True North Advisors, a founder-led, Texas-based registered investment adviser (RIA) with more than $5.18 billion in assets under management (as of June 30, 2025) has announced the addition of four team members to its shareholder group as of July 31, 2025. Braden Cole, Kellie Crewse, Zak Kuhlman and Chris Conlan have joined the firm’s ownership group, bringing the total number of True North shareholders from 10 to 14.
Each of the newly appointed shareholders has played a distinct and meaningful role in the firm’s evolution:
Braden Cole, senior director of wealth management, has provided strategic leadership within True North by overseeing the Dallas advisory team, driving operations, enhancing client satisfaction and optimizing team-wide processes and efficiency.
