Trammell Crow Co. (TCC) and CBRE Global Investors, on behalf of one of its separate account clients, has completed the development of Twelve24, a 345,000-square-foot class AA office building in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket.
Insight Global, a national staffing and services company, has leased approximately 72 percent of the building. The 16-story transit-oriented property also includes 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant will anchor a 7,500-square-foot ground-floor retail space at Twelve24 for its first Atlanta location.
