A joint venture between Town Lane and Trinity Capital Advisors has secured an $81 million floating-rate bridge loan for the acquisition and repositioning of 440 South Church, a 15-story, 388,657-square-foot, class A office tower located in the Uptown district of Charlotte, N.C.
440 South Church is in Charlotte’s Third Ward, within walking distance of Bank of America Stadium, Truist Field and a variety of dining and entertainment options. The building features ground-floor retail, a fitness center, a conference center and tenant access to 450 structured parking spaces. The property is LEED Silver certified and benefits from excellent walk and transit scores.
Town Lane, a boutique real estate investment manager, is investing through its $1.25 billion fully discretionary closed-end fund investing across asset classes and backed by institutional investors.
