John Ward, Brad Stehle and Paul Roth have co-founded Illume Partners LLC, a due diligence-analysis company specializing in performing comprehensive and insightful operational due diligence on all types of fund styles and direct investments.
Ward previously was a managing director and head of the operational due diligence practice at Kroll, specializing in evaluating operational risks across hedge funds, private funds, crypto funds, real estate and direct investments.
Stehle had been a managing director, head of operational due diligence for StepStone Group, where he oversaw 1,400 asset managers, equating to more than 3,000 funds across private and liquid markets.
Roth was previously with the Texas Permanent School Fund, where he was a senior director of operational due diligence.
