Thor Equities Group has acquired a three-building office campus in Rockville, Md. The financial terms and seller were not disclosed.
Located in the Shady Grove Life Sciences Cluster, 20, 30, and 50 West Gude Drive, total more than 231,000 square feet of space that supports a diversity of medical office, life sciences, office and technology uses over 17 acres.
“The properties in Shady Grove present a rare opportunity to acquire well-located assets with the potential to renovate and add value. The Washington, D.C., market has performed strongly, and we believe that trend will continue,” said Jack Sitt, executive vice president of Thor Equities Group.
