Thompson Thrift, a full-service real estate company engaged in multifamily, mixed-use, industrial and commercial projects across the country, announced the sale of Slate at Fishers District, a 242-unit luxury single-family build-to-rent community in the Indianapolis suburb of Fishers. Bonaventure Holding Company purchased the property for an undisclosed amount. CBRE brokered the sale.
