Terreno Realty Corp., an acquirer, owner, and operator of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets, sold an industrial property located in Gardena, Calif., on March 18, 2026, for a sale price of approximately $44 million.
The property consists of two industrial distribution buildings containing 231,000 square feet on 11.1 acres, which is currently under redevelopment.
