Tempus Realty Partners has purchased a 148,200-square-foot office building, the first acquisition contributing to the new Tempus Evergreen Fund, a private REIT focused on delivering long-term growth and income from high-quality real estate investments.
Total purchase price was $65 million.

The state-of-the-art office building, located at 4909 W. Magnolia St. in Rogers, Ark., is occupied by Transplace, an Uber Freight company that's headquartered in Frisco, Texas.
