Taylor succeeds Michael McMahon, who is retiring from his formal role as chairman.
McMahon, a respected industry veteran and founder of Pine Brook Partners, has served on multiple public-company boards and brings nearly four decades of experience in private equity, energy and financial services. His continued honorary participation ensures continuity of counsel during the transition.
