The class A property is located in Gonzales, La., just south of Baton Rouge.
The financial terms were not disclosed; however, Colliers International represented the seller.
The 336-unit, low-rise community consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units and includes modern features such as stainless steel appliances, granite countertops/islands, plank flooring, patios/balconies, in-unit washers/dryers, and air conditioning. The high-end community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, grill area, firepit with seating, 24-hour fitness center, lake with fountains, clubhouse, playground, gated entrance, dog park, covered parking, and common-area wi-fi.
