JLL Capital Markets announced that it has arranged the sale of Village at Camp Bowie, a 179,376-square-foot retail center in Fort Worth, Texas.

JLL represented the seller, Dunhill. The buyer was EDENS.

The property sits along Camp Bowie Boulevard in one of Fort Worth’s most prestigious retail corridors. The property’s tenant roster reflects the area’s affluent demographics, featuring a mix of grocery, dining and service concepts, including Sprouts Farmers Market

Village at Camp Bowie benefits from Fort Worth’s explosive growth trajectory as the nation’s 10th largest city and fifth fastest-growing large city in America. The area has experienced 9.7 percent population growth since 2020, supported by major developments including the $1.7 billion Westside Village mixed-use project, Walsh Ranch’s 7,200-acre master-planned community, and Edwards Ranch Riverhills, where 567 single-family homes with a median value of $1.9 million are under development.
