Spark GHC and Cleveland Construction announced a joint venture called Project Scarlet, a commitment of $100-plus million to transform a 400,000-square-foot office space, formerly Medical Mutual's headquarters, into a dynamic mixed-use development.
The joint venture plan will be to convert the Rose Building into a boutique hotel with modern multifamily apartments, along with ground-floor retail.
CBRE facilitated negotiations and partnership of the joint venture.
