Skyway has announced the appointment of Amy Arnold as senior managing director and head of product development, where she will lead the firm’s newly launched 1031 Exchange Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) platform.
Arnold brings more than two decades of experience in alternative investments, spanning due diligence, product development, operations, compliance, marketing, relationship management and financial professional education. Throughout her career, she has evaluated hundreds of alternative investment offerings across real estate, DSTs, private placements, opportunity zones, energy investments, private funds, REITs and other alternative investment strategies — experience that spans both product distribution and broker-dealer platform oversight.
Most recently, Arnold served as chief due diligence officer at Concorde Investment Services, where she oversaw sponsor and product due diligence and played a key role in evaluating and bringing institutional-quality DST of
