Sightbridge Capital Partners has announced the appointment of Katie Peterson and Nick Brakovich as managing directors, private wealth. The appointments expand the firm’s private wealth team ahead of the launch of its first programs. Sightbridge partners with institutional real estate owner-operators to bring tax-advantaged real estate programs to the U.S. private wealth channel.
Peterson and Brakovich will work closely with Jay Frank, Sightbridge’s founder and CEO, to build Sightbridge’s presence in the private wealth channel. Peterson will focus on national account and platform relationships and on home office research and due diligence. Brakovich will focus on platform and adviser coverage. Together they bring 34 years of experience in alternative investment distribution across wirehouses, registered investment advisers, banks, independent broker-dealers and family offices.
