Sentinel Real Estate Corp. to manage apartment communities in California and Florida

Sentinel Real Estate Corporation has announced it will assume management of two class A multifamily assets – The Cascades Apartments in Anaheim Hills, Calif., and The Hamptons on Heron Bay in Coral Springs, Fla. – on behalf of The New York State Teachers Retirement System.

Both The Cascades and The Hamptons on Heron Bay are located near highly rated school districts and are near major thoroughfares with easy commutes to local attractions including beaches, golf courses and a wide range of shopping, dining and entertainment hotspots.
