Sean Morris has joined Landmark Properties as head of private wealth. In this newly created role, Morris will be responsible for building and leading the firm’s retail and private wealth business, beginning with the launch of an Opportunity Zone Fund series after recent federal legislation extending and making the Opportunity Zone program permanent.
Before joining Landmark, he served as an executive director at PGIM Real Estate working across sales and distribution, national accounts and product development. Before PGIM, he was a national sales director at CIM Group, leading private wealth distribution as well as launching one of the largest Opportunity Zone Funds in market.
