Allen Chilten has been hired as global head of real estate capital formation at Schroders Capital, effective March 18.
Chilten will oversee all aspects of the real estate capital client journey, advising clients on Schroders Capital’s real estate investment solutions and helping to ensure a seamless experience across the firm’s wider platform.
Before the hire, Chilten had been the head of funds capital markets at Patrizia since January 2018. Before Patrizia, Chilten worked as the European director at Rockspring Property Investment Managers and as a vice president at Credit Suisse. Chilten was also the non-executive director for more than four years at Mongoose Cricket, an innovative cricket bats and equipment company.
