Savant Wealth Management has acquired The Relaxing Retirement Coach, Inc., a fee-only, fiduciary RIA firm in Wellesley, Mass., with $483 million in assets under management (AUM) and six employees.
The acquisition marks Savant’s first in New England, and its fifth of the year. Terms of the deal were not released.
Savant has expanded its footprint this year to include offices in Georgia, South Carolina, and greater Pennsylvania, as well as Massachusetts. In total, Savant, headquartered in Rockford, Ill., has 32 offices in 12 states, and expects to continue its expansion with additional acquisitions this year.
