by Lewis Dayton

The San Joaquin County (Calif.) Employees’ Retirement Association (SJCERA) has committed $50 million to IPI Partners Fund III, confirmed Renee Ostrander, CEO of SJCERA.

IPI Partners Fund III is managed by Iron Point Partners and is seeking to raise $4 billion to acquire, develop, lease and operate data centers and related assets that serve the digital capacity needs of large, high-quality technology companies globally.

The fund is targeting a mixture of stabilized assets, as well as some build-to-suit development projects primarily in the United States.
