SALT Development and CenterCal Properties have plans to construct the Village Lofts, a new luxury apartment community in Riverton, Utah, that will feature resort-like amenities. The property is located within a short walking distance to Mountain View Village, Riverton’s premier mixed-use lifestyle center, set to open in May 2022.
Village Lofts is part of a 600-acre master development plan that will bring increased residential, office and retail development to the Greater Salt Lake area.
The 280-unit complex will feature a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom units and is slated to open in early 2024.
The property will include 10,000 square feet of co-working office space, clubhouse, training/cooking kitchen, gym with yoga and spin rooms, spa, rooftop edge pool with waterfall and hot tub, and skydeck with barbecues, fire pits and cabanas.
