Safe and Green Development Corp. JV to develop an ecofriendly retail outlet on 18-acre property

Safe and Green Development Corporation (SG Devco) announced a new joint venture with Properties by Milk & Honey. The joint venture, named Pulga Internacional, will focus on the development and construction of an eco-friendly retail outlet on an 18-acre property in Palmview, Texas.

The 18-acre property, which will be conveyed by Milk & Honey to Pulga Internacional, will be converted into an eco-friendly retail outlet using shipping containers.
