Rockpoint and Newbond Holdings, a real estate and hospitality-focused investment platform, have acquired Hotel Maren Fort Lauderdale, Curio Collection by Hilton. The acquisition expands the two firms’ longstanding relationship, including the recent acquisition of the Westin Tampa Waterside in September 2025. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Built in 2021, the 12-story oceanfront property is located on an 0.8-acre waterfront parcel at 525 South Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd., just south of Las Olas Boulevard in the Fort Lauderdale Beach submarket. The boutique hotel features 141 guestrooms with ocean or intracoastal waterway views from every room.
