Richard Smith is joining Nuveen as vice president, alternative investments business development, he announced on LinkedIn.
Smith previously had been the managing director, capital markets at Coastal Ridge Real Estate. Before joining Coastal Ridge, he held various positions at CIM Group .
Smith earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Towson University and an MBA from Mount St. Mary’s University.
