RFR Realty has plans to sell the development site at 169–225 Third St. in Gowanus, Brooklyn, N.Y., for at least $200 million, reported Commercial Observer.
The New York company has hired JLL to market the 3.2-acre site.
Under the new zoning, a development could reach up to 22 stories at the site.
