Realta Wealth, an exclusive independent wealth management firm, today announced the appointment of John Barragan as COO. Reporting directly to CEO Kevin Keefe, Barragan will provide strategic direction and oversight for all operating, service and technology elements of the firm's offerings for financial advisers and their clients.
