Raymond James & Associates has hired a father-daughter team from Merrill Lynch, OnWallStreet reported on Tuesday.
Gary Wardein and Erin Bethge have joined the firm’s San Diego location, operating as Wardein Wealth Management.
Wardein previously worked as a wealth management adviser and senior vice president at Merrill Lynch. He is a licensed personal investment adviser and a certified investment management analyst, according to his LinkedIn page.
Bethge, now a financial adviser at Raymond James, previously held the same role at Merrill Lynch, where she started her career, according to her LinkedIn page. She is a certified financial planner and a certified personal investment adviser.
The duo previously managed $206 million in client assets.
