Quinn Residences expands SFR portfolio by acquiring six additional communities

Quinn Residences, a leading Atlanta-based owner and operator of newly built single-family rental communities, has acquired six additional properties throughout Georgia, Florida and the Carolinas.

These future communities will increase Quinn's portfolio by more than 50 percent, to nearly 2,300 homes across 17 sites.
