Quarterra Multifamily starts leasing at Charlotte, N.C., community

Quarterra Multifamily has started leasing at its fourth multifamily project in Charlotte, N.C., which is scheduled for completion this summer, according to various media outlets.

The firm started construction on Miller & York in July 2021, and since then, Quarterra has completed the first portion of the project, which includes roughly half of the units, the leasing offices and some common spaces. The target for a final completion for Miller & York is July 2023.

The 273-unit community will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans, ranging from 560 square feet to 1,135 square feet. The units are built with smart-home technology, hardwood-style flooring, graphite quartz countertops and walk-in closets, while select units have kitchen islands. Community amenities include a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, catering kitchen, lounge area, sky terrace, dog park, patio with fireplace, grilling stations, and co-working spaces.
