Proterra Investment Partners, an alternative asset manager focused on private equity and private credit investments across the global food value chain, has announced the hiring of Jennie Park as head of capital formation and the appointment of Matt Coad as head of investor solutions.
Prior to joining Proterra, Park was a principal at H.I.G. Capital, a global alternative investment firm with approximately $75 billion in assets under management, where she was responsible for capital raising and investor relations activities in North America across the firm’s credit strategies. Prior to H.I.G. Capital, she was a managing director at Briarcliffe Credit Partners, where she focused on capital raising for private credit strategies. Earlier in her career, Park led North American business development and investor relations at Vantage Infrastructure and held similar roles at Apollo Global Management and Anchorage Capital. She began her career in leveraged finance at Goldman Sachs.
