PGIM, Pacific Development open 368-unit community in Alameda

A joint venture between PGIM Real Estate and Pacific Development has opened The Launch, a 368-unit luxury multifamily property in Alameda, Calif.

The Launch is part of the Alameda Marina master plan located on Clement Avenue in between Schiller and Alameda Marina Drive. The project consists of 351 multifamily dwelling units including studios and one- and two-bedrooms, as well as work/live units. There are 391 off-street parking spots provided for residents and guests to the facilities along with bike parking. The building will be both four and five stories tall and cover a site area of approximately 170,583 square feet.  This project consists of three types of construction: IA (Garage), IIIA and V (Residential).
