Peachtree Group has launched a Delaware statutory trust (DST) to invest in the Residence Inn Ocean Township, a 114-room hotel on the Jersey Shore in New Jersey.
This DST offering marks Peachtree’s eighth DST since 2022, for a total portfolio of $220 million. Peachtree’s strategy includes acquiring hotel brands in high-growth markets, often utilizing value-add strategies in combination with experienced hotel management teams. As of February 2025, its DST platform also includes multifamily property investments.
Peachtree Group, based in Atlanta, is an investment firm with a portfolio including commercial real estate assets, with $4.4 billion in capital under management and $12.6 billion in real estate asset value, as of January 2024.
