PCCP and Fore Property Co. have formed a joint venture to develop The Overlook, a 232-unit, class-A, LEED Silver designed, multifamily community adjacent to Disney’s 500-acre Flamingo Crossing Town Center and within the high-growth Orlando MSA town of Winter Garden, Fla.
