Vittorio Lacagnina has been appointed head of business development, private infrastructure – Americas, at Partners Group. He will join Partners Group’s New York City office in June.
Partners Group is ramping up its infrastructure distribution platform with the hiring. In the newly created role, Lacagnina will lead capital origination and strategic fundraising initiatives for the asset class across the region while working closely with the Americas investment team led by Todd Bright.
Prior to joining Partners Group, Lacagnina was head of global clients and marketing for the Northern Hemisphere at Australian fund manager QIC, where he established a New York City office.
Lacagnina, who started his career at Goldman Sachs’ investment banking division, has more than 20 years of relevant advisory, investing and fundraising experience across a number of platforms including SteelRiver Infrastructure Partners (formerly Babcock & Brown), where he oversaw global
