Partners Group has bought Resilient Infrastructure Group, a company that acquires, develops and manages a portfolio of wastewater, water and related infrastructure assets in the United States and Canada.
Resilient provides distributed water and wastewater solutions to both private- and public-sector clients looking to solve their site-specific treatment needs. The acquisition will allow the company to continue building a diversified, multi-industry water platform operating in the multibillion-dollar distributed water and wastewater sectors.
