Parallel Capital Partners acquires two business park industrial spaces in San Diego

Parallel Capital Partners, a vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm based in San Diego, announced the acquisition of Rose Canyon Business Park and the 5 & 52 Business Park in two separate transactions. This represents an investment of more than $100 million across 300,000 square feet of prime industrial space.

Both properties are located within San Diego’s Rose Canyon micro-market, an infill area surrounded by affluent communities such as La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Bay Park, Bay Ho and Clairemont,  Calif.
