Pantheon Ventures has appointed two senior professionals, Justin Mallis and Michael Hutten, as principals within its European and U.S. teams.
Justin Mallis joined as global head of project management in the client service team, based in London. He is responsible for centralizing and coordinating fundraising for institutional strategies. The position is new. Previously, Mallis was a principal, project management, at global placement agent First Avenue Partners.
And Michael Hutten joined as principal to market the firm’s U.S. private wealth initiative. He will be based in Raleigh, N.C. Hutten has worked in senior sales and sales management roles for alternative investment firms for the last 23 years. Most recently, Hutten was the president of distribution for Hatteras Funds, a boutique alternative investment firm that caters to financial advisers.
