Opus, Clarion begin development of two spec industrial buildings

The Opus Group, with its partner Clarion Partners, has broken ground on two speculative industrial buildings at Point 70 Logistics Park in Mount Comfort, Ind.

“Opus is eager to further expand our presence within this growing industrial hub and respond to market demands for additional industrial space," said Doug Swain, vice president and general manager at Opus. “The buildings will have direct access to transportation routes and will provide future tenants ample space to meet their business needs."

Situated on 88 acres, Building A and Building B will consist of 802,907 square feet and 298,823 square feet, respectively. Building A will have 40-foot clear height, 184 dock positions, 208 trailer stalls and 460 parking stalls. Building B will have 32-foot clear height, 68 dock positions, 89 trailer stalls and 216 parking stalls.
