Optimus properties purchases 10-story office and medical building in California

Optimus Properties has purchased a 10-story office/medical office building in Tarzana, Calif., through an affiliate, in an effort to expand its office portfolio in the southern part of the state.

Goldman Sachs financed the purchase for an undisclosed amount.

Located at 18321 Ventura Blvd., the 84,780-rentable-square-foot office building includes 274 parking spaces, spanning more than an acre of land. The building is situated near three major Los Angeles Basin freeways, including San Diego (I-405), Hollywood (I-170) and the Ventura (US-101).
