The NRP Group has broken ground on The Riley, a 275-residence, market-rate multifamily community in Fort Myers, Fla.
The community comprises three four-story buildings. Building One will serve as the main gathering area for residents, housing the integrated clubhouse and most of the property’s lifestyle amenities, while Building Two features a courtyard with public greenspace and sitting and lounging areas. Building Three provides views of the nearby conservation area, Estero Bay Preserve State Park.
The Riley features amenities including a resort-style pool with outdoor grilling areas and pizza oven, as well as a clubhouse with a media room, business center and conference pods.
