New York Life provides nine-year loan for Atlanta office tower

by Kali Persall

New York Life Real Estate Investors has provided financing for 10 Peachtree Place, a 259,000-square-foot, class A office tower in Atlanta, on behalf of an institutional client, the firm announced Aug. 26.

The 20-story building is located in the Midtown district of Atlanta, near MARTA rail stations, museums, attractions, shopping and dining. “We believe the property’s location adjacent to public transit in a highly walkable urban core will ensure it continues to be an attractive place to do business for years to come,” said Robert Boyd, senior director in New York Life’s Southeast regional office. The loan carries a nine-year term with a fixed interest rate.
